Handmade ceramic pendulum created in my studio.  This piece was created with layers of slip and glaze over a thrown and altered base. This one then had an amazing, flashy boulder opal and small quartz point added and copper formed around them and the bail and the “straps”. Then I encouraged a beautiful verdigris patina to develop over several days to enhance the ancient look. This is a very special piece. If you aren’t familiar with pendulums, they are wonderful little creatures. I personally use them as self reflection tools and have for many years. Feel free to ask me about them!
